Jonathan Wyner – Coach, Run for a Change 2011
Coach Jonathan Wyner is certified by the Road Runners Club of America and has been training Team AID Asha runners for the last seven years. Jonathan has coached more than 170 runners to successfully achieve their marathon and half-marathon goals. Having 18 marathons to his credit, he believes that with thoughtful and gradual training an inexperienced runner will become a successful marathon runner. When not running or coaching, Jonathan manages his company M-Works that specializes in audio production, mastering and video webcasting.

Over the last 7 years AID and Asha Boston/MIT chapters have trained close to 170 runners for a full/half marathon and have raised more than $440,000. A panel of five runners from previous seasons will discuss about their experiences in training, running, and fundraising. These five runners collectively trained more than 1500 miles in 25 weeks, finished the final marathon and raised more than 77,000 dollars in 2010.
