Nutrition Clinic - 2019 - Sarah Gold Anzlovar
Sarah Gold Anzlovar ( www.sarahgoldrd.com ) is a Boston-based registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and nutrition communication specialist. She takes a simple and holistic approach to health and wellness and has a passion for making nutrition relatable and attainable. Sarah is particularly skilled at helping her clients and audiences understand what's evidence based and what is just noise.
Sarah has worked with individuals and groups as well as in workplace wellness. With nearly 15 years of experience working in communications, brand strategy, and media, Sarah brings a unique perspective to the health field, which has helped her successfully implement corporate wellness and nutrition communication programs at small start-ups, Fortune 500 companies and Colleges and Universities. An avid writer, Sarah has been featured in Better Homes and Gardens, Everyday Health, Shape, Eating Well, The Huffington Post, the What’s Good blog for the Vitamin Shoppe, Nashville FIT magazine, the Root blog for Purple Carrot, Well Insiders and on the Native Society.
Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing from The George Washington University and a Master of Science in Nutrition Communication from Tufts University's Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy. She completed her dietetic Internship at Brigham and Women's Hospital, a Harvard University teaching hospital in Boston, MA.

Nutrition Clinic - 2018 - Lainey Younkin
Below, please find notes from the Nutrition Clinic for TeamAIDAsha runners by Lainey Younkin. Lainey Younkin, MS, RD, LDN (www.laineyyounkin.com ) is a Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Communication Specialist based in Boston, MA. Her mission is to help people get out of a dieting mentality and into a healthy lifestyle. She coaches individuals one-on-one both in-person and virtually. She also has extensive experience in corporate wellness leading nutrition workshops, seminars, and weight management programs at companies throughout the Boston area.
Lainey's nutrition communication experience includes working at the European Food Information Council (EUFIC) in Brussels, Belgium and developing content for Joy Bauer, dietitian for NBC's The TODAY Show. Lainey has been featured in Tufts Nutrition Magazine, EUFIC's Food Today, The Friedman Sprout, EatingWell Magazine, EatingWell.com, Boston Magazine, Today's Dietitian, and on the Boston Neighborhood Network's Living Well.
Lainey graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science - Nutrition & Dietetics. She completed her dietetics training at Massachusetts General Hospital and has a Master of Science in Nutrition Communication from the Tufts Friedman School of Nutrition Science & Policy.
